Can we help those guys who lost there jobs and at the verge of approval

Guys,
Can we help those guys who are waiting for there approvals, got RFE, got interview notice and jobless. I think we should help those guys by providing them some contact details, or providing them some desi companies info who can keep them in status till they get there approval. Here we are to help other people and to share our expereince.

Thats a good idea. But with this economy, I doubt if anyone has any leads for any jobs. I have seen some gracious people who put on this board the leads they had.
 
These days the biggest problem is that for one job employers are getting tons of resumes from where it all depends upon the luck of individual to get the job or not. Here if we could focus more on putting a jobless guy on payroll or some kinda job through some desi company so that person could achieve GC then it would be gr88. Any thoughts??

I agree is a good idea to help them. I suggest if they cannot finally find a job to do some VOlunteer work like Community Service...this might help. Just my extreme idea of the moment.

I do agree with you and this is a very good thought to help others who are in the verge of their approvals. I am sure there would be many small desi companies with few employees and ready to support ppl by giving pay stubs and employment letter.
 
Noble idea

Very noble idea. Let's try to expand on this. I think some of us have friends who run small consulting companies. When some one is jobless and has an interview in the next two months, then they should post their story here, alongwith their skillset. Then we can talk to our friends (who own consulting firms) if they are willing tio help this person by employing him temporarily (some sort of agreement could be worked out).
For those of us who do not have any friends with consulting companies, we can call our marketing person(recruiter) and ask them if they can market this person who lost his job. I think we should all try to do this.
 
I have a plan:
What a person can do is to post a thread saying Need Help, and can post little details about his/her skillset along with email id. Some how if moderator agrees to keep this thread as top thread than it would be gr88. but remember only those people should post this who lost there job and are at the verge of getting case picked by an officer. This might work for those who are looking for job. Just a thought, only guys on this forum can make this a success, its in your hands.
