Can we have two full time jobs with EAD ?

What is the use of EAD ? The answer to this question in one web-site is you can have a second job.

Can we have two full time jobs at a same time ? if yes then we will be getting two pay-stubs with two companies. Is this legal at any time ? or Is this legal after 180 days of filing I-485 ? getting another pay-stub from different company before 180 days is not a problem under AC21 rule ?

Could you post your ideas please.

With EAD, you can do any number of jobs. But of which atleast one should be a full time job. This is because, ours is employment based Green card. After getting GC also, if one need to renew GC after 10 years or apply for citizenship after 5 yrs, again this fulltime job employment may play a role. No one knows clearly. If anyone know, I appreciate their response for further clarification on this issue.

So bottom line is atleast till you get GC, you should have atleast one full time job. If u use EAD, your status will be EAD and H1 will be understood invalid.So you can have any number of paystubs.

In future if you get RFE, you should be in a position to submit the fulltime job employment letter and paystub copies.Hope you got some clue.

I saw few threads here saying having two jobs is not a problem, but few says don\'t go for 1090 instead go for W2, some says go hourly but not full time, some people says it should be different type of business than your sponsoring company. I don\'t which one is right ? could you post your experiences.
