Can we go for stamping at the local office instead of the district office ?

I'm from Columbus, Oh. I got the courtesy copy of the approval notice today. The copy says that i need to go to the Cincinnati office to get my passport stamped.
Has anybody had a similar experience ? Can i go to the Columbus office instead ? I got my fingerprinting done at the Columbus office.

I think not

I'm not sure in your case, but in Jersey although the FP gets done at local offices , the stamping needs to be done at the Newark BCIS only.
