Can we get Plastic Card around 60 days??

I just vist USCIS website https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

and find that they posted:


"If you were granted permanent resident status or entered the U.S. with an immigrant visa more than 60 days ago and have not received your first permanent resident card, please call 1-800-375-5283"


What this means? :confused:

Plastic card

A friend of mine got his passport stamped at the Columbus office when his 485 got approved. He waited for one year and his card did not show up so he asked for an inquiry and found out that the Columbus office did not submit the card request to Nebraska.

So, if that happens to you check w/ your local office and see if they did their job right.
