Can we get EAD in 1 day by going to INS Centre

hello All :
We got the receipt notice for both I-140 and I-485 ,
also got EAD for my spouse,Can i also get EAD for myself by going to theINS office ?Can anyone share their experience regarding this as to how much time will it take and also if it is possible nowdays to get EAD from local office in one day .
Pls advice!
