I am holding J-1 now. My wife is a J-1 holder, too.
Now I want to transfer to F-1, and my wife wants to transfer to

Can we file I-539 together with me as the main applicant (me: J-1 to F-1; my wife: J-1 to F-2)?
For sure we will get the waiver of two years of home courntry service requirement before we file the case of status change.
