Hi! All Jan/Feb'03 (RD) fillers, can we make status enquiry for our 485 since lots of Apri/May'03 approvals? IC

I guess the answer would be "No". CIS has not published anywhere that they are processing Apr/May 03 applications.

You can call the 1800 number and talk to the CSR, but I don't think they will initiate an equiry as the present processing time for I485 cases in VSC is sometime in SEP 2002 as per the USCIS website.
