Can we drop off 485 application personally at the Laguna Niguel office ?

Hi All,

I am faced with a lack of time for filing I-485 for my wife. Overnight express mail may not be enough... In this situation, is it allowed to drop off the I-485 application package at the Laguna Niguel office personally ? or does it necessarily have to be sent by post ?
