Can we do something to push TSC sucks?

For example, write a letter to Congressmen, senators... get as many signuatures as possible. Do you think this will be helpul? These sucks are too lazy!! They are far behaind other centers.

I agree with you FL4083 this is one of the worst process I have ever seen, I have heard about bureaucratic hurdles in many countries but I am seeing it personally now.

TSC is the worst beauracratic model that any one could imagine. For many months, We are processing "July, 99 Cases" and in a blink of an eye, We are processing "Jan, 2000 cases". But there are still many many applications (not even assigned yet) applied earlier than Jan 2000. But still they approve applications that are filed well after Jan 2000.

With the current market conditions, everyday is a tough day for me.

The so called "Senators" do not even bother to reply our requests.

i think mr,president has to do something immly abt TSC before he goes and bombs elsewhere...how can these guys b so callous..they talk so much abt customer service ..bla bla...???
