Can we do a FP without an RFE or a FP letter?

Hi,

I finished my FP in sept2002. I guess I have two more months before the FP expires. If the case officer is going to look at my file after a couple of months, I am sure he/she is going to send me an RFE for a second FP.

Is there some way I can get the second FP done??.. Or do I HAVE to wait an RFE??

I did 2nd FP, and was not big RFE but it was cool FP notice..not big deal
