Can we contact CO?

My previous case with PERM was denied because of some dates issue meaning no sponsorship email and was finally denied. Now we have refiled one case and that is pending for a while we did recieve sponsorship email, can we contact the CO who denied our earlier app and possibly ask that person to clear the pending app?

I want to know if someone has done that recently.

You should ask before refile since the new case could go to other officer. I have seen the guy did that but his patient boss did that before he refiled a new case and got approve the day after.

What was the exact reason for denial?
Which dates were entered wrong? Please answer.

PWD validity was 88 days. The start date on one the three other recruitment dates was older than 180 days, made all these changes in each PERM appln.
