Hello Guys,
I want to share my couligue's experience.Her project got over afer filling labor .
Then she was on bench for couple of months was laid off by company.
After she got new project of her own she was rehired by same company.
That time since her rehired salary was less company lawyer change her
salary mentioned on Labor cert.
Is is legal to change salary on Labor cert.?
Is it possible the same after filling 485 & after 10 moths of 485 filling?
