If someone is changing his/her job in the middle of the processing, can they change the original petitioner/attorney? What is the process?

You can add/change an attorney during the process and obviously have to change the petitioner, if you are changing jobs, unless it is an NIW petition......Just a thought

Well, your new attorney has to send the form (don\'t remember the name: which you sign authorising the attorney to represent you) to the INS.

I have a little diffrent question. In my application throughout, the name of
the lead lawyer was written. The lead lawyer hires different attorneys.
I have an interview, and the lead lawyer is sending one lawyer during
my interview and he says that new lawyer will bring new G28 during
the interview for my signature and give it to the INS. Do you think
it would not create any problem? Or this represenation form
needs to be submitted before. Thank you.
