Is is correct to say ( With the new regulations.. released)
We can now change jobs anytime after we file for 485.
As INS as it is will 100% take more than 6 months to process 485.

As per my understanding you can change job if INS does not give result on your 485 with in 180 days!!!

thru-out history, GC has been for a future job, and INS has not wanted u to work for the sponsor even 1 day before GC - forget 180days
