I need all your help in figuring out ways for my current situation. I am right now employed with a company A and I am in 8 yr of H1 extension. I recently got my 8th year extension and that will expire in Dec-06.
Is it possible for me to switch job now to another company and work till dec-06? On otherhand, If I get laid off, what are the options I have. If I don't want to take any employment and go back to my country, How soon I shoule leave this place.
Any pointers will help and make me plan better.
