Can we call USCIS within 30 days? As you all know, most of us feel a little bit frustrated about the current retrogression issue. I just tried to know more about my case status before cut off date kick in. But the person in USCIS told me to contact them in 2 months. It seems that they don't like us calling them often.
What is your guys' experiences on calling USCIS? How often do you guys make phone call?
