can a US citizen petition for immigrant a married younger brother (40 yrs old) and his wife?

A friend of mine came to the USA and got her green card about 2 years ago under such a petition. She and her family waited about 14 years to be approved, so start early.

The spouse would most likely be a beneficiary if approved, but I'm not sure in this particular class. Check with a lawyer.

Yes, but it takes 12+ years. And I am not sure about the spouse.
