V VivaLasVegas Volunteer Moderator Nov 18, 2002 #2 Manav, You cannot apply for an EAD or an AP with an I 130 pending in this case. The I 130 needs to be approved. I am not sure on the Follow to join scenairo. You can always check out the INS Website for that. Hope that helps. Sachin
