I have one question...
Can I apply another GC through my spouse.. ( Physical therapy.. comes
under schedule A catagory) While my current GC is in finial stage like waiting for visa no. my Current PD is Dec 20 2002 under Eb3 india.I am have applied 140 & I485 in may 2003 and add my spouse in JUne 2004..and we had interview.. in March 2005.. our case was not approved because of inavailability of VISA no's.
