Hi all:
I have a friend who is planning to file I-140 based on NIW. He also
want to file EB-1 (Extraordinary ability) at the same time. Shall he
ask separate support letters from each person for NIW and EB-1? Any
one used the same letter for both NIW and EB-1? Thanks.
I myself files both by using the same letter. The EB-1 was approved,
but the NIW was wasked for RFE.
