Can USCIS issue multiple RFEs?

Will USCIS send more than one RFE?

For example :

If you receive the 1st RFE for category change and the response is received by USCIS and they start working on your case, at this time can they issue another RFE or RFEs like education related or comapny's financial state or ability to pay etc??

Did anyone have any such experience?? Please share any info you have about this situation.

They can send multiple RFEs - one after other. But it is very rare, esp in VSC.
