I think I will get a BirthCertificate RFE since birth was registered when we were ready to file I485. Should I go ahead and send the affidavits now although I have not received an RFE. Same for employment. Will it hurt us if we do that even though we have not received an RFE.

Birth Certificate

My Birth Certificate was made a month before filing the I-485. I submitted my application along with one affidavit (from my father - my attorney did not think that a second one will be required, eventhough I have an affidavit from my mother too - I did not want to second guess my attorney) and my secondary school leaving certificate that has by DOB and my father's name.

For my wife, we just submitted 2 affidavits (from her mother and uncle). I had the Birth Certificate for my daughter registered at the time of her birth.

Hope all this will suffice and not trigger a Birth Certificate RFE.

It is usually not a good idea to send the affidavit w/o an RFE (there is a good chance that it might get lost or confuse the IIO or worse). Since you didnt send it with the initial appl., just wait for an RFE, if you get one.
