Can U Do premium proc for I-140

I know premium processing - but can it be done for I-140 as well?

Yes but

I-140 Premium processing can only be done if:

1) you don't already have another pending I-140 application being processed
2) the original Labor Certificate is submitted with the I-140 (not a copy)
3) you are the original alien on the labor certificate. (No Labor Substitution are permitted for premium processing).
