Hi,
My 485 (VSC) got transferred to local office, Newark on 11/10/2004, but i did not get any letter from VSC. How do i check the status of Finger Prints, given on 10/28/04 ? how do i know my name check was cleared ? how do i check LUD changes in my case. Pl. reply

Hello..
you can create your profile at uscis website case status-online page https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp and then create an account there, and enter your cases there. it would allow you to view your LUDs. reg name check you could fax to fbi, search thread with fbi name check, some members have been very generous to post the format for fax etc..plss search the thread using the search facility..also plss see the posts in "local transfers thread"..you could gain info on the approx time it takes to get the file transferred..best wishes
