I have two I-140\'s now (EB1), one from the company and one by myself. The PD is current and we both are ready to submit the I-485 docuemtns. The reason I want to submit my own I-485 is that I might be able to change jobs after 180 days. Is this possible? Has anyone done this? I know people submit two I-485\'s based on 2 different categories, employer based and marriage based for the fastest adjustment of status. Any help would be appreciated.
