Actually it won't have any impact on asylees

This will have an effect only on the backlog caused by USCIS inefficiences (employee based etc).
Our backlog is caused primarily by a quota of only 10,000 GCs per year. Until they remove the quota or pass a one time bill to allow a larger number to be adjusted you won't see any backlog reduction.
