Can there be any problem in entering US if my I-485 gets approved while I am out of US ? I will use AP to re-enter and heard that after I-485 is approved, AP is nullified automatically.

Does it mean I will need to go for "deferred inspection" even after having
a valid AP in hand ? Can there be any problems with deferred inspection ?
interview etc. ?

Recently a family of 4, my cousin and her family were approved while they were in India..., they were carrying their AP's. They did not have any problem in entering into US (at San Fransico).

Please let us know whether they had any problems when stamping GC.

As I understand it, when you get to immigration guy he'll see in his computer that your A# was approved for GC and he'll ask you to go stamping. There'll be no problem. But please do search these forums, I'm not talking from personal experience.

Stampping was as smooth as getting into US with AP..., they had done in using walk-in, one day before InfoPass became mandatory at San Fransico.
