Can the sponsoring employer revoke I-140 after GC is approved?

Hello All,

I received my I-140 and I-485 approval a few weeks after leaving the GC sponsoring employer.. I was laid off from the company..

I had sent my AC-21 paperwork to USCIS just a few days beefore I received my I485 approval but after I-140 was approved. My I-140 and I-485 were pending for more than 180 days.. I don't think the AC-21 letter sent by my new employer matched the I-485 file at the time I-485 was approved...

Question is: Can the sponsoring employer revoke the underlying I-140 approval? What are my options in the event I-140 is withdrawn by the sponsoring employer?

can anybody with good immigration knowledge give me some hopes and hints..
