Can the 1-800...representative see current address and other informaiton for a case?

Yes she can see your current address. They do not have much info about your case(in other words you know very much your case than her)

.Because when you applied for AR11 form for address change it might take some time to update their records, but by calling 1800...number your address will be updated immidiately so that you will not miss any track of your case.

After I changed address, I called and confirmed the address, CSR said the address has changed.

Then I called yesterday and CSR said I can not verify the address. So, I think it all depends who you talk to on phone. If you run into someone nice and knowledgeable they can. Otherwise they don't, I don't know if they try to discourage people from calling.
