All, Can state labor be transfered? If say someone's state labor has been approved but fed labor has not, is it possible to then transfer state labor to another state and proceed with the fed labor???? Seems awesome as I could technically get a state labor in alaska and transer to calif before fed is approved. Personally, it seems ridiculous to me but this is the BCIS.
