Guys, I have a quick question. It is possible to transfer the state labor to a different state???? It seems to defeat the point. I could get a state labor in north dakota / south dakota / alaska and shift to california. This seems to be ridiculous but this IS the bcis. Is this possible????

Hi Guys
Please give me your feedback for my question.

1. My experience in india is 18 months
2. I worked for company X from Dec 1999 to Jan 2001 total of 14 months.
3. During the period of 14 months my client was company Y.
3. Company Y was aquisited by Company Z in June 2000 and I continued my contract job until Jan 2001 with company Z and took permanent employment with Z in Feb 2001.

Now company Z is filing my labor.

Q 1: Will my experience as a contractor with company Y from Dec 1999 to June 2000 counts as experience with company Y or Z?
Q 2: Will my experience as a contractor with company Y from June 2000 to Jan 2001 counts as experience with company Y or Z?

Or can I show all 14 months exeperience with company X?
