Having WAC-02-047-5xxxx, I am hoping and praying that we'd be approved soon. My kids, 7 and 9, are overseas (custody issue with my ex); they have their passports. Question is, if and when I485 is approved (CSC) and while they are still overseas, can I bring their passports and have GC stamped on them?
