Can spouse own a small business on EAD and employ 2 people?
My RD is in Nov'01.Still waiting for an approval. EAD got renewed for myself and my wife. Now the question is, can my wife buy a small business and run? It also employs two fulltime workers..
Will it be legal to own such business on EAD? She has been on dependent status till now. Please advice!
