Can spouse get EAD without the primary applicant EAD?

hello friends,
I applied for my spouse EAD (since 02/21/07 and no response yet from TSC) however I did not apply for my EAD because I have valid working visa for three years, I have following questions:
(1)Is it necessary to apply my EAD before I apply for my spouse EAD?
(2)Can my spouse get EAD even I have not applied for my EAD?
(3)If my spouse does not get EAD should I start applying for my EAD now?
(4)If I will apply for my EAD now can my spouse EAD will get approved after my EAD approved?

Any suggestions is highly appreciated!

Not sure if you have to file as well but I know that spouse can work on EAD and you can continue to work on your work visa. So even if spouse uses EAD to work, it doesn't affec t your current status and you can continue to maintain your H/O visa.

No

Yes

Up to you, will not help spouse.

EAD for you and spouse are 2 completely different cases.
