can spouse file H1b tranfer with 485/ead pending

Hello:

I filed(with CSC) 485/ead/ap last week for me and my wife. I am the
principal applicant. My wife is working on h1b.
Now my wife got a new offer. can she file for h1B
transfer with INS CSC? DOes this in anyway invalidate/jeopardise
her pending 485/ead/ap with INS CSC?
