Can spouse do medical tests from India for I-485 ?

my wife will be arriving in the US next week from India on her first visit. I have already applied for I-485. To expedite her application for I-485, can she do the medical tests from India and bring the results to the US and use it ?

Medical is not required to be included with 485.
