Can spouse continue STUDY, H4 expiring, 485 in progress, EAD approved?

My wife is doing MS. Her H4 (my H1) expires in October 2002. On an H4 she is eligible to study. But after H4 expiry, is she still eligible to study based on the fact that her 485 has been applied for and she has an EAD/parole? My understanding is I cannot apply for an H1 extension is I have applied for 485, right.
So what are the options available to her?

She can study on 485. BTW u can still apply for H1 even if 485 i spending. assuming ur 6 yrs hv not expired , you can apply for a normal extension else the 7th yr ext.
