Can Spouse come later - Urgent?

Gurus,
  Is it possible for the primary applicant and the dependents come seperately? I intend to return back almost immediately after the interview is over, whereas my family will return back after 15 days or so.
I need to book my tickets, so your opinion will be of great help.
