We have a family emergency. We have applied for AP 1 month a go in NSC.
Not processed yet. Milwaukee D.O. refused AP even with an emergency letter. H1 expired long back. NSC promised to send AP soon. Can my wife travel to India for 3 months ? I will mail her the AP once I receive it.
Will my AP be abondoned if she leaves the country ? Will I-485 be abandoned ?
