1 once you get your PR , you have to Land in Canada
2 By living in Canada you have to earm Minimum income in Canada to sponser your parents, this minimum Income has to be earned from Canada.
The minimum income to sponser parents depends on the city in Canada where you are going to live
3. Once you meet the minimum Income to sponser your parents you have to file for the application to MISSISSAUGA ( Toronto) area and the case can take 8-12 months for approvel
4 then your parents have to go for Medical in India and background check will be done for them.
5 Delhi canada consulate will finaly issue them PR or Landing permit.
6 you have to pay all the fees like ROLF, Application Processing
( application fees when you file the case, ROLF before they are issued a Visa or you can pay both when submit application for them)
7 you have also to sign a document that you will be for your parents for 10 years and they will not claim any benefits like welfare from Canada government.
your first concer should be how you are going to earm the minimum income to sponser your parents, if it is only one person minimum income will be less if 2 person them minimum income to support them will be more.
