Can someone with Hepatitis B, pass interview for American Visa Lottery?

My sister, was selected as a winner in DV lottery visa, but she is positive in Hepatitis B. She has already undergone pegasis injection for one year, and has cleared the virus out of her system. What i am asking is it possible for her to get pass the medical test or are they going to deny her the greeen card because of it? Pals please reply..
