Can someone tell me what is emergency AP? I'm still waiting for my 485-I to be approve. INS request 2 ref and still no news....
My case WAC-01210XXXXX..... If I can, I would like to pay for the fast-lane to get it over with.......

I don't know. But you can call local INS office to see
if you can apply AP in person. You need a good reason.

I am sorry that you are so unlucky to still waiting.
Most 2001-filers have jumped out of this mud pool.

CSC is approving AP in 8 days. some guy got approved , posted that on this fourm. Apply and try your luck if u do't get it then go to local office and ask them.

To apply for emergency AP it has to be a life or death situation and also you need some evidence to proof that....
