Can someone post Sample Offer Letter to show at DV Interview

I have done TN visa which requires Empolyee Offer letter. Not sure if same type of employee offer letter with similar information is required.

What particular information is required in employment offer letter for GC based on DV Lottery Visa to pass the DV Interview? Anyone kindly willing to post a sample Successful Employment Offer letter as a template for rest of us, that they took it to DV Interview (just remove confidential information).

Can you take the faxed version of Employee Offer Letter to DV Interview or it has to be original mailed by the employer?

My friend's brother has a company and he mentioned he can get an offer letter from his brother's US American Company. Now where do I have this offer letter notarized?

Notarized in the US where the Company is located? Where do you notarize the Employment Offer Letter, same state as the company or any state in US or Canada (where I am residing, not the company)?
