Just heard from the legal that they have received the receipt for my I140 filing. While checking the status online (uscis) using the receipt number, I also find that there is a link provided to create an account. When we click on the link and select "register as an applicant customer", am taken to the terms. Agreed. Here comes the confusion part....
There are places to enter name, address and user id password. But no place where any receipt numbers etc can be entered. Without that, how would they tie my account with my application (I140 in this case).
Also, we have applied for 485, 765 and 131. Can I track all of these applications with a single login, or are we required to create individual accounts to track each...
Thought of asking guru's with much more experience then I, before proceeding.
