Hello Can one of you very intelligent people please answer my question ? I flied I-129F in sept 2005 it was denyed in Feb. 2006,, I filed for appeal feb 2006, receivied NOA transfer notices to AAO april 11 2006. I Cant get any answers from toll-free asst.!! On the USICS website it states that the AAO is current on the I-129f appeals . What is current suppose to mean? How long does this process generally takes ? Ive written the AAO 2 times to try to find out the status of the appeal but no reply yet
