Can someone help me: notice for RFE not received

I have RFE on I-140 and I have not received my notice yet. More than 4 weeks have been passed. No response from National coustomer service. I donot have lawyer. I filed myself. Please help

I-140 is supposed to be filed by the employer and employer's petition. The beneficiary cannot file I-140. You will not receive the RFE letter for I-140. Your employer will receive it. Check with them
 
Looks like his is NIW or OR petition in which case there is no employer and it is a self peitioned case. In my view only NCSC can help, just request them to allow you to be transferred to the service senter and there some officer can help you.
 
Does anybody know how to contact Texas service center. Any phone number. Please provide

there is no direct TSC number. You have to call the NCSC and then based on the merit of your case they will forward your call to TSC.
