Can someone advice me?

Hi! I,m about sending my form I-400, but a little confuse about payments. How do I need sending it to the Dept of Homeland Security: 1 or 2 checks? I mean whether it should be one check in $320, the other $70 for fingerprinting; or one in one for $390 to the same address? Are they taking checks or better sending a money order? Can you explain in details to me, please? And if two checks are needed do I send to the same address? Thanks!

One check

One check for $390, attached on top of everything else at the upper left corner of the N-400 , payable to the "U.S. Department of Homeland Security."

They accept personal checks, and this is a good deal since you then easily verify when it is cashed. If you bank gives you access to the scanned images of your cleared checks, you can get your receipt number a little earlier than waiting for your receipt notice since the number is typically printed on the front your check (which is only really helpful if you happen to not receive the receipt notice).
