I've got my I-140 approved about a year ago and I-485 panding over a year and half. 2 months ago i've applied for AC21 to change the empoyeer and now i've been offered for a full time position from my current client.
For your information, my position in h1b and lc was "Programmer Analyst" and my current position with this client is "Test Engineer".
my questions are as below:
1. would there be any problem for I-485 if i join as a full time?
2. what does the "same or similar" mean for the position and job responsibility?
