I am working with a company whose head quarters are in location A. My labor was approved through its branch office in location B. My I-140 and I-485 are also applied from branch office B. My employer is running my payroll and everything from main office A sine beginning. Recently, I came to know that my employer closed the branch office B. My I-140 and I-485 (EB2) are pending since 1 year. No LUD changes. No FP1 yet. Will this impact my I-140 or I-485 processing? Gurus/Experts, please help me. Will this be a problem?
