Can some one gone through N-400 already answer this for me?

Part 8, Section G, “How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)?”

My wife married me only.

I think the question tend to ask how many times your current spouse have been married BEFORE, so I should answer “0”.

But she did marry me, so the total marriage she has is 1, should I answer “1” then?

Some people in this forum think “1” is correct answer, some one say I should answer “0”.

Can some one gone through N-400 already answer this for me? Thank you very much!

What is unclear about this question? Just write down how times she has married!

I wrote 1 and got the citizenship without any problem

The question in Part 8 G reads:

How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)?

In your case, the answer is clearly 1.
